I started as a rock music journalist. Since then, I've been an editor at Vogue, Australia's authority on fashion and beauty, and at Russh, Australia's largest independent fashion magazine.
At Vogue I wrote about beauty and bridal, and occasionally mens- and womenswear. I've also had work published in The Australian newspaper, Broadsheet, Pedestrian.tv and more.
At Russh I oversaw each issue, concepted and created exclusive content for advertisers, wrote features, strategy for social, developed the app (Australia's #1 fashion and style app at that time), went on press check, designed layouts and commissioned artists.
As a trusted member of the team, I was able to contribute more than fashion analysis - I explored my other passions and interests on the page and online. Personal highlights were writing major features on NYC hip hop group Wu-Tang Clan and American Modernist Georgia O'Keeffe, and interviewing primatologist Jane Goodall.
