A Hard Day’s Night

I had the craziest day last week. It was my first full-length, high budget music video clip. We shot Amy Pearson (the girl who’s song was the theme tune for the Beijing Olympics) for her latest track “Butterfingers”. It was shot in a car park at Homebush (where the Sydney Olympics were held), so a nice hour and a bit trip to and from my place in the dark.

I worked with fellow hair & makeup artist Rebecca Batti on the dancers. It was a really awesome environment, everyone was so friendly, Amy especially. The dancers were incredible, and the play back looked really fantastic on screen, so here’s hoping it comes together seamlessly in post and all our hard work is shown off!

Here are some sneakpeek pics from my iPhone. The filmclip comes out in October so keep your eyes peeled!
